Individual & Small Group
Overview
Our club strives to provide comprehensive programming for our members enabling the necessary environments for individual player development at all ages. This is a key component of FVU and our Player First Development Philosophy. We are proud to provide individual and small-group training sessions with our FVU staff moving forward year-round. These sessions allow trainers the opportunity to focus and refine techniques in a setting that is geared towards individual needs as a player. Each aspect of the techniques and concepts are broken down and added layer by layer until noticeable improvements are seen after each session. This gives the staff the ability to focus on your player only, enhancing the learning curve.
We can design an Individual Development Plan or work on specified techniques requested such as:
